Ingredients: type ‘0’ flour, butter, sultanas, egg yolk, sugar, natural sourdough starter, candied orange and citron cubes (orange and citron peel, water, alcohol), fructose, dried skimmed milk, E471 emulsifier, salt, flavourings, yeast.
